Bullard Associates was founded in 1935 by Ken Bullard. The business was then taken over by Ken’s son Bob, who operated Bullard Associates until 1992. In 1992, Brian MacLean and Tom Bilodeau purchased the business. Tom retired in 2002, and Brian MacLean continues to operate the business today.
Brian MacLean
Brian grew up in Belmont, Massachusetts. He graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts in 1987 with a degree in Finance. He spent five years working with a Connecticut based sales agency selling doors and hardware before coming to work for Bullard Associates in 1992. Brian lives in Medfield, MA and moved Bullard’s office to Medfield in 2014. He is proud of Bullard’s history, and maintains a friendship with Bob Bullard. Bullard Associates prides itself on customer relationships, the limited number of manufacturers it sells for, and maintaining a long standing, loyal relationship with all of the manufacturers represented.

Walter Eggenberger
Walter was raised in Mill River, Massachusetts on a dairy farm. He attended The University of Massachusetts in Amherst and graduated with a degree in Economics in 1983. Prior to a career in sales, Walter worked in the woodworking industry as a furniture factory plant manager, furniture account manager to Crate & Barrel & national retail store fixture project manager to Yankee Candle & OshKosh B’gosh. In 2014, after managing an Independent Rep agency in NY servicing the division 8 & 10 market for thirteen years, Walter joined Special-Lite as East Regional Sales Manager & Architectural Specialist. In 2019 Walter joined Bullard Associates and covers New England and Upstate NY territories.
